What's the Job About?  

• Performing comprehensive physical assessments, including evaluating range of motion, muscle strength, and joint stability.
• Diagnosing and treating various physical conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain management.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients, considering both short-term and long-term physical health goals.
• Providing a full range of physiotherapy services, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy modalities, and patient education on self-care practices.
• Educating patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of ongoing physical wellness.
• Collaborating with our team of physiotherapy assistants, administrative staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and an excellent patient experience.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques, evidence-based practices, and continuing education opportunities to provide the best care possible.
• Exposure to clinics in 3 different locations.
• Participation in Accountability Team meetings and weekly Key Performance Activities mentoring
